Why we exist
Writers finally get more than a segment
BookStageNetwork was built because literary work rarely gets the room it needs. We host long-form conversations, publish author profiles, and connect readers, publishers, agents and editors around books that deserve attention.
The network runs feature interviews, debut spotlights and curated discussions, alongside a monthly reader-voted award and a calendar of live literary sessions. Everything is built around thoughtful conversation — not rushed promotion.
What we stand for
Four working principles
Read the whole book
Every host reads the work before the microphone is switched on. No exceptions.
Time over volume
One unhurried hour serves a writer better than a dozen ninety-second segments.
Global by default
Writers from more than forty countries, in translation and in the original.
Independent-friendly
Small presses and self-published writers are judged on the writing alone.
