The Woman Behind Someone Else's Story
The Woman Behind Someone Else's Story A Live Conversation with Gail Harris, Certified Ghostwriter of Women's Memoirs Behind many powerful memoirs is a writing process that readers rarely get to see. Join us for a thoughtful conversation with Gail Harris of Golden Ghostwriting as we explore the world of memoir ghostwriting and the experience of helping someone bring their life story to the page. We will discuss the relationship between a memoirist and a ghostwriter, how personal experiences are shaped into meaningful narratives, the importance of preserving an author's voice, and the deeper reasons people feel compelled to tell their stories. This conversation will explore the human side of memoir writing, including vulnerability, identity, memory, and the courage it takes to share a personal journey. Featured Guest: Gail Harris, Golden Ghostwriting Event Coordinator: Nancy, The Avid Reader Format: Live interactive literary conversation, with opportunities for audience questions and participation. Date and time: To be announced.
